And > threat matrices, tool tolerances, CP trends, and limited outage windows to build a defensible plan that cuts Agree — first pass should be burst-margin only: run PCORRC/RSTRENG on the 312 with worst-case MFL/UT bias and dig anything with burst/MAOP <1.25, plus any dent at/near a weld or with metal loss interaction. With no hydro, hold a 5–10% derate until those are cleared; on that 24-in Reeves segment, bump road and water crossings even if %WT is about 55–60. Do your CIS/AC data show shielding at crossings?
