I use a Google Sheets shift log with locked headers and drop-downs for equipment, PTW, and downtime codes; entries come via a Form so every line is timestamped and the handover tab auto-updates… If connectivity’s spotty, the same layout in Excel with data validation works offline — “if it’s not timestamped, it didn’t happen.” Want a blank copy?
